Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight. Domestic (US) orders of $50 or more ship free.
What's the difference between "ready to ship" and "made to order"?
Ready-to-ship pieces are already made and waiting for you. Made-to-order pieces are sewn just for you after you order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for made-to-order items to arrive, including shipping. Turnaround is listed on each product page.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Because every piece is handmade in small quantities, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Size exchanges are available only on items marked Small Batch. Items marked One of a Kind (OOAK), Custom, or Limited cannot be returned or exchanged. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
I'm so sorry! Email hello@imcampnel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and I'll make it right.
Handmade Details
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Each piece is cut and sewn by hand, often from limited or leftover fabric, so pattern placement and small details vary. That's what makes yours one of a kind.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Costumes, sizes, fabric choices and more. Visit the Custom Orders page or email hello@imcampnel.com.
Care
How do I wash my Camp NEL piece?
To keep apparel, hats, scarves and socks looking their best and prevent fraying or shrinking:
- Hand wash and air dry (recommended).
- If you machine wash, use cold water only and air dry.
- Do not put items in the dryer.
